Making space for the sacred in our lives can be amazingly healing, transformative and empowering. We all have the wisdom and knowledge within us to access the power and magic of the sacred, if we just make the choice to give it the space.
I have been part of sacred circles and present at powerful ceremonies that have had a profound effect on my life. I have also found that I am able to create this space for myself and others and I offer this to you as something I could bring into your life as well. We can all also bring more of the sacred into our daily lives by meditating in any number of ways (find what works for you); or by including simple rituals such as practising affirmations; or stating all that we are grateful for as a daily ritual; by asking for messages for our highest and greatest good in a variety of ways, such as the use of oracle cards, or accessing intuition using a variety of exercises; or even simple things such as giving thanks at meal times and blessing our food.
