All that exists is interconnected. This is the deepest nature of reality. The Universal Oneness that we are part of and that is within us all.
We all have the possibility of connecting with our deepest selves where we can feel this experience of connecting with all of existence. Sometimes we can feel like we have lost this connection, but we can always bring it back with awareness, mindfulness, allowing the space and allowing help if we need it. Coming back to this connection is the beginning. The beginning of everything.
We are all connected to each other. Deepening our connection with others around us brings strength to us all and can help us through anything. Sometimes we become afraid, and we close off to this connection. Sometimes being connected can be painful so we run away. But we have much to lose and everything to gain. Being connected with those around us brings so much love, so much healing, so much potential into everything. Together we are much more than the sum of each person alone. Together we can access infinite possibilities.
We are all connected to the Earth. We are all part of Earth and Earth is part of all of us. Our beautiful planet Earth is an incredibly complex, amazingly awesome, living system and we are one part of this system and this system is part of us, it is what makes our existence possible. Every part of Earth is precious and vitally important. The workings of our Earth go well beyond our limited understanding. Earth is alive. Every part of Earth is alive. Every part of Earth is connected to every other part of Earth in ways we can't even imagine. We need to remember this and make our choices about how we treat our beautiful planet Earth, from this place of connection. We can find ways to live in balance and harmony with everything on Earth. We need to feel our connection with the Earth and with everything on it, and remember just how wonderful this connection is and how it is so very very important. We are all connected to the Earth. We are all part of Earth and Earth is part of all of us.

Each element of the Universe contains the whole Universe within it, like Indra's pearls, Indra's jewels, reflecting all the jewels in the net of existence, or hairy spheres with each central point connected by the threads of infinite relationships, to everything else; everything in existence related in some way, in many ways, to each point, to each element, to each set of elements, to each atom, to each component of each atom, to each molecule, to each substance, to each cell, to each living being, to each system, to each planet, to each star, to each galaxy, to everything, to everything in existence. All that is, is connected with everything else that is. No model of explanation can contain the full complexity of this web of connection, but we can understand it innately, essentially. We can feel it, we can know it, in our deepest beings, in our deepest understanding and knowing, because it is our essential nature that we are all connected with everything that is. We are all connected with the Universe.
